CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 546(JUD) "An Act relating to regulation                                       
of the discharge of pollutants from timber-related activities under the                             
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System; relating to waste                                  
treatment and disposal permits; making conforming amendments; and                                   
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 546(JUD) will                                     
be on the May 6 calendar.
